This hotel is five star all the way. The staff are attentive efficient and polite. The rooms are large and welcoming with warm neutral colour tones to calm the tired traveller. I travel a lot and have experienced many New York hotels and will now make the Four Seasons my first choice for any future stay.

We have never stayed at the Four Seasons before, but will absolutely stay again! Everything about the hotel was excellent! Felt very special and pampered in every area of the hotel! We've stayed at The Peninsula many times and I prefer the Four Seasons now!!! Just a really special place!
