This is a small boutique hotel well situated on the corner of Tribeca and Soho areas.Only eight floors ours overlooking the building of the New Freedom tower still being built..The rooms had good amenities but the pillows were very high. The TriBeCa Grand has a sexy vibe. From its retro rooms to the dimly lit lounge. The hotel is well decorated and cozy. Champagne upon check in, billards and an amazing brunch. My favorite part was the pleasantness of the staff. They were helpful, kind, and memorable. We will stay here again.

Staff was fantastic friendly and helpful. The room was small but very comfortable, the bed and linens were very nice and breakfast was fantastic. Location is great for walking the Brooklyn Bridge and East River park and a a short walk to Soho and Greenwich Village.
