This is a old hotel in need of renovation. Small beds, moldy bathrooms and everything else that comes with old hotels. The hotel would not survive anywhere but in NY... The only thing that saves this hotel is its location. Across the street of Penn station it is perfectly located and easily accessed.

The only thing I can say is "location is great", but the service, the reception, where a disaster, As they received many people they can't provide a good customer service. I was in a renovated room, looked great but when I saw a large brown furry rat scurry under the bed I relocated to an old antiquated room. Overall bad experience. The conference areas are nice and roomy. That was the best part of my stay, the conference I was attending.

Location is great for Penn Station/Madison Square Garden. We were catching an early morning Amtrak train from Penn Station and wanted minimal walking.
