The contact we had prior to our arrival was excellent and as I told Hercules when we arrived, the apartment we had (the Monet) looked exactly like the www pictures. We stayed for 5 nights at West Eleventh Townhouses, the rooms were spacious, well appointed and quiet. The location is very good, with easy access to everything, great restaurants, shopping, the subway and its a 20 trip downtown to Broadway. Highly recommended more
