I stayed two weeks half work and half holidays. Excellent location. Half block from St. Patrick's across the Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall. Small but comfortable rooms. Very good lounge and terrace on the 7th floor. Good for meals and meetings. Free internet. Not cheap but worth the price.

Nice modern hotel in an amazing location directly across the street from Radio City Music Hall. Rooms are a decent size for NYC and have a microwave and mini fridge. We had a wonderful stay at the Club Quarters opposite Rockefeller Center. We had a room at the end of a hallway and considered the size about average for NYC, certainly comfortable for the two of us. Might have been inconvenient for a family. The location is close to the subway station and provided easy access to the entire city.... More

Visited NYC for the first time. I was happy to be staying in a nice hotel in the middle of the entire city. It was the a great place with a helpful staff. The front desk attendant Giselle was always pleasant and great with directions. I am glad we chose this hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Club Quarters opposite Rockefeller Center, and had a wonderful time. Location is very convenient, and the rooms - whilst small - were clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk were also very friendly and courteous. We didn't use the outdoor terrace bar/restaurant but this looked promising.

Location close to Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall. The rooms and washrooms are small. Chair beside the bed has seen better days. There are only two small elevators in the hotel which are shared with the cleaning and maintenance crews. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.

I found the staff friendly and responsive to questions and needs. My primary contacts were two young men who worked evenings. They were so helpful. Good price for the location. My room was quiet and plenty large enough for one.
