“Would *never* stay again.”

As I'm on my phone, this will be fast. The AC hotel desparately needs $$$$ in renovations. We stayed 2 nights using a Groupon and were shocked at our "superior" room. Read several reviews and considered canceling. Decided to give it a try...since Groupon was purchased. Took subway from Amtrak/penn station...7/broadway/redline uptown...took 2 stops..and $2.50/ per person. Try it for those with a bit of adventure.
