I stayed in this hotel last September and I came back in January. Both times was for a business trip. The hotel has an excellent location, mid way from Union Square as well as close to the Empire state. There are several good restaurants around and even some bar to have a drink or two. The food in the hotel... More

Solid place to stay in the City. The lobby is nice and the staff is very friendly. The room was decorated weirdly in my opinion (it was like two totally different people went to pick out furniture and both hung up their preference in art). The bathroom was small even for New York but the bedroom was nice size. Back... More

My wife and I just had a wonderful 3 day stay in NYC, staying at the ROger Williams. The hotel is being completely renovated which is probably good as it is a bit dated but the rooms were clean, and very comfortable. We booked the hotel through Hotwire so we had an excellent rate for NYC, location was excellent, basically... More

Like most New York hotels, the rooms at Hotel Roger Williams can be a little small but the accommodations are quality and well done. Our room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being on one of the city's main streets. The lobby was nice and the staff was very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. More

My wife and I stayed here for three nights in January 2012 and we were very happy with the customer service at the hotel. The rooms were very small and during this time of the year, the hotel was using natural air so sometimes the room can be a bit too cold or too hot. There was a small water... More

Bevon- Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent stay at the Roger! Apologies in advance for the leak issue, however I am thankful that the staff were able to turn the situation around for you! We have made a last minute request for a room suitable for handicapped, luckily they have a room available. It was spacious and the toilet has all it needs for handicapped person. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially when we need a wheelchair friendly cab whenever we go around. More

I stayed at the Roger Williams hotel for 2 nights. The service was tremendous and I will be returning to the Roger whenever I stay in NYC. Brunch was great (salmon, capers being a highlight) and if your lucky is sometimes included. The rooms I stayed in are small, but for the price / location totally reasonable. Take a walk... More

PagRomana- Thank you for staying with us all the way from Italy and also for taking the time to write a review on TA! The Roger is notoriously know for our breakfast and glad to hear that you enjoyed it! The pastries are my favorite from Balthazar (you don't have to go all the way downtown to Soho!). Ciao! Erin... So whats not to like? Perfect location in Manhattan, all the staff from the doorman to the cleaners are exceptionally friendly and efficient only possible thing to complain is that the rooms are on the small side especially the bathrooms but its got everything you need and afterall this is Manhattan I for one will go back again and again More

For the price, this hotel offers great value in New York. The location is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan, only about a 10 minute walk from Grand Central. The rooms were very spacious - especially for NY - and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely come back. More

The front desk team, houskeeping, and all of the employees at Roger Williams were very polite, helpful, cheerful, and friendly. The hotel is sleek and contemporary, and convieniently located in Midtown Manhattan, just a few blocks from Penn Station and Grand Central. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms well-appointed. Our view was of the wall of another building,... More
