This is an enormous hotel (about 2,000 rooms) and frequently booked to capacity because of its prime location in Midtown at the intersection of Times Square and Broadway. Unpleasant experience. Overpriced and largely a tourist trap. Arrogant Front Desk manager unwilling to accommodate Gold Member for 20 years for any type of upgrade. We stayed for one nite last summer on our way back from the states. The location is unbeatable but nothing else. Tiny rooms huge crowds, no personal touch just felt like one out of the many. Will stay again only for the location...right on times square in the middle of everything this property is unbeatable..wish service could be better
