If you want to roam around the heart of the New york, location is just perfect - times square is just few steps away. I stayed in new york just for a night and hence it was perfect location for me. Otherwise, room was comfortable, bed was good. But there is no breakfast !!!!.

This hotel is obviously a little older, but it is clean, and the staff are very nice. If you aren't lounging around your room, but want to get out and see a lot of things, it's a good fit. The location is just right.

I flew in on a red eye from Seattle the airport shuttle lost my luggage. I was very tired and the room was not going to be available till late in the day, when I told Tim about my situation, he got me into a room right away. Moreover he made sure I was comfortable my entire stay.

Overrated, worn-out place...looks like a run-down 70's place...paper-thin walls, ugly fixtures, plastic charme.... Location is definately center, but if one books a vaccation maybe one expects a decent place to stay as well...we even had a "premium" room with times square view, but that can't compensate for the rest. spent 2 nights. we were given a great corner room. felt more like a hostel albeit a nicer one. rooms are tired. overall, a great location, nice staff. it all depends what one is looking for. we were after location and price.

This hotel is in a great location and the staff was nice and courteous. The hotel itself is falling apart.
