We arrived early and room wasn't ready - staff accommodated us by different room choice immediately! Room was immaculate and beautifully appointed. First timers at the Surrey because our favorite hotel was full... We loved it and the value is so much better! Location is amazing, decor is great (but some parts feels dated a bit). Definitely a hit for a Ny stay!
