The ambience is unbeatable! Room was gorgeous and extremely well decorated. Butler service was superb. Meeting rooms were perfect for our group of 15. Staff was over the top in helpfulness and all from Doormen to Bar tenders were great. Look forward to returning for a leisure trip - this trip was Business.

Picked this hotel for a weekend retreat with my girlfriend and was stunned by this iconic NYC property, it's service, glamour and history. To top it up, we received an upgrade to one of the junior suites which made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place we would go back to.
