Arrived at 4:30 pm and our rooms were not ready. Five of us waited in the very small lobby for an hour to be given keys to a room with used soap still left in the bathroom. Stayed here for New Year. Had a great sized suite with all the extras you would expect from a hotel of this calibre, however, there was no lobby, bar, coffe shop, bistro infact no where else to relax outside of the room ( unless you were an excercise junkie & used the gym & poo) There's a small reception area... more

The hotel is supposedly five star. To me, it's service and facilities offering is somewhere between 2 and 3 stars. The rooms have nice views but they are old and worn.
