Having stayed at the Towers a year ago and absolutely loved it, I was rather pleased to return this winter during a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday. Though we had actually booked a room on the concierge level of the Waldorf-Astoria, we were very kindly upgraded to the Towers itself. I wrote a glowing review of the... More

This is my 4 th trip to NYC and enjoyed the historic hotel and good location. Unfortunately no upgrades but I booked through Expedia and certainly no exceptional customer service. We had no view of city but we did have hot water and good water pressure. Wifi was intermittent but was able to play around and keep resetting.

I don"t believe that we can stay anywhere else in Manhattan after our short fabulous stay at The Waldorf Towers. I am planning a trip back just to once again enjoy the delightful experience that left us feeling that we were on a mini vacation with all the pampering and fabulous treatment that we received we haven't stopped recommending the... We lived in Manhattan for many years, and were returning to the city for a conference. We decided to stay at the Waldorf, for the history with the hotel, and its midtown location. We stayed here 6 nights, and our family of four was very pleased with our suite in the Towers. I took advantage of an upgrade offer at... More

WOW! We are Hilton Honors Diamond members, and booked a suite at the Waldorf on points for my friend's bachelorette party. Upon check in, we were immediately upgraded to a suite in the Towers, and all I can say is that it was absolutely beautiful! The service was like no other we have received. The staff were all friendly, professional,... More

I was fortunate enough to stay 3 nights at the Waldorf Towers. A truly world class hotel with first class service, rooms, location and 'feel'. The Waldorf Towers have effectively managed to provide the modern day hotel experience whilst retaining the old world charm and glamour of yesteryear. A must do!

We thoroughly enjoy staying, in particular at the Waldorf Towers, where we stayed several times over the years. The hotel, with its classic style and antique furniture is just perfect. We noted some of the upholstered furniture might need replacement, but overall it is an excellent place to stay, when celebrating something special.

I recently stayed at the Waldorf Towers for a 5 night stay. I was originally booked into a 'concierge level' room, although I am not sure what that was. Good location/Good Rooms/Good service but bad service for non-native people. Background - took my parents from India to NY . Stayed for 3 nights based upon other reviews in this site. Good Afternoon Anon1978Chennai, Thank you very much for your feedback. We are extremely sorry to hear that you did not feel you received exceptional service from our staff. While we do provide dress recommendations, it is more so for your benefit when packing. Our staff would never intentionally treat one family differently than another based on attire.
