The Cedar City Holiday Inn Express is not in keeping with the standards that I have experienced at other Holiday Inn properties. This hotel needs a thorough house cleaning, the carpets even feel dirty to the touch. Corners are dirty, showers are dirty etc. I would not recommend staying here.
