This was my best stay at a Best Western in a long time. The Hostess was very professional and helpful. The room is clean and pleasant. The breakfast at the restaurant net door was good and the staff there was friendly and just as helpful.

Rooms as were expected, clean and functional. El Paso is a place where personal security is more of a concern. This location felt marginally safe. Came into town during a violent thunderstorm at rush hour! So happy to find a place to rest peacefully. Reasonable price for a clean bathroom & comfortable bed. Everything worked just fine. Service was terrific: helped us find a place to eat and get hooked up to Wifi.

this best western is a great value.......the price was right and the room was awesome. super duper clean.......service was very friendly and the motel was uptodate and modern. highly recommend.

I stayed here to take my son to Western Playland for his birthday. We had to change rooms twice because of poor air conditioning. The afternoon lady that was working wwas on the phone most of the time and in the morning there was no breakfast attendant at all. The breakfast room is a closet! And don't get me started... More

The motel had inadequate parking. The room was just average. But, the thing that was totally unaccceptable, was, there was no hot water for a shower in the morning at 6AM. When I mentioned this to the desk clerk upon leaving she really did not seem to care.
