Clean, well cared for. Not expensive, stay here and save money for your destination. Pet friendly, great neighborhood to walk the dog incl a park near the beach. Laid back beach area. Downtown Ventura is 2 miles away- fine restaurants there. Beach- 1.5 blocks. Santa Barbara is 20 miles North, Malibu 20 miles south. Come, enjoy.

The only virtue of this motel is it is close to the beach. Perhaps another virtue is it is cheap. If you can afford better or can stretch your budget go elsewhere. Since it is cheap it attracts an interesting clientele that enjoy partying rather than sleeping. Still, if it is all you can afford the location is ok.
