We stayed at the HIE in Willcox on May 8. First, the place is having a renovation, and upon driving up to the canopied main entrance found it blocked off with tape and a small sign directing you to the temporary office on the other side of the building. The room was clean, the beds were fine, the pool was heated, the breakfast was what you would expect from Holiday Inn. The staff at the hotel were adequate, not friendly - but also not unfriendly. The only true plus point was the maintenance man Weston, he was happy to help.

Willcox is a very small town with limited hotels and restaurants. The hotel is newer but rooms lacked refrigerators and microwaves. However, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was quite friendly and very accomodating to our traveling with our dog. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a wonderful selection of breakfast items.

This is a newer hotel located in a more remote part of Arizona, located right off I-10. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and they had the standard complimentary breakfast. Wifi could only support one wireless device per room which appears to be the norm of most Holiday Inn Express hotels. Staff were friendly.
