The room was clean and comfortable basic room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast could be improved. There were several nice restuarants within walking distance and across the hightway in Fruita, CO. Will be using it again.

Was on a cross country drive and had booked hotels based on Trip Advisor reviews. Was worried when we approached this one - previous hotels had made better first impressions. But it turned out OK. Although on-line reservation system had indicated that the rooms would have microwave and refrigerator, on checking in we were informed that was not the case.... More

I would recommend this to anyone needing a quick place to stay for a cheap price. It's not super clean and the furniture is very outdated and a little dilapidated in the rooms, but the service was friendly and good.
