This facility is worn and in definite need of refurbishing. Carpet in room was stained and appeared dirty. The furniture has been well used. Was difficult to adjust room temperature for comfort. I would not stay in this hotel again. The location is great for Penn and Drexel but there are other hotels nearby.

Great location for UofPenn, however the facility is worn with deferred maintenance...limited room service...need to enhance inter-room noise reduction...staff very pleasant...I expected much more from a Sheraton facility

Great location, good service, definitely good place to stay at in Philly. If you have business in U-penn, no better hotel to stay in. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable, and it's close to everything.

Still like this hotel! Good night's sleep. Clean modern rooms and bathrooms. Great Asian restaurant on the first floor. Good Starbucks on the same block. Very convenient in-and-out parking garage.
