This hotel is a great location in Old City. Close to restaurants, bars, nightlife, and attractions. The bar and restaurant in the hotels are very convenient. The rooms were very clean and a great size with views of the city. There is a fire station around the corner, but I didn't hear any sirens. There were horse and buggies all... More

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was comfortable. The location was the best part of this property. Our room had an interesting view of the Christ Church cemetery and Ben Franklin’s grave. We were close enough to walk to Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. The room had a decent sized refrigerator and microwave. This property is probably due for... More

The Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Betsy Ross House and much else are all on the doorstep of the Holiday Inn Historic District. Ben Franklin is buried on the same city block. The rooms themselves are spacious, nicely carpeted and clean; free wi-fi. However, it is not the most comfortable environment for a long stay. The under-window a/c units are very... More

This hotel is easily reached by car from the Ben Franklin Bridge and is exactly in the middle of the historic district. Ideal location. Garage is reasonably priced. The hotel was redecorated in the last several years and was clean, modern and functional. Only gripes were: the heating which is the old hot air blower system. When it's on, the... More

For the price and the name, this hotel could use some serious decorating updates. For example, the carpet in our room was worn almost through, the bathroom ceiling sagged, and the hanging picture in the main room had a hole poked through it. However, the room was clean, and the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff were friendly, courteous, and... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed here on January 6th for 1 night stay. We were there for the Outdoor Classic between the Bears and the Phantoms at Citizen's Bank Park. The front desk associate that worked the 2nd shift that night really helped me and my girlfriend out by giving us directions and instructions on how to get there using... More

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and even after we checked out, we could leave our car in the lot while we took our walking tour. The best part was its proximity to so much of the hostorical sights in the city - out hotel room overlooked Benjamin Franklin's grave. It doesn't get much closer than that. More

If you want absolutely disgusting, this is the place to go. Unfortunately, the company I work for puts us up at this hotel, so I have no choice but to stay there. The last 3 times I've stayed have been a nightmare. The first time I stayed, I found what appeared to be dried, bloody snot stuck to the sheets.... More

My expectations for this hotel was high, given its brand name and my previous experience in other Holiday Inns.My stay here in January was ruined, however, by a mouse in the room we stayed in! The room seemed clean and decent on the surface, however; but I guess with the mouse being there, it was dirtier than it seemed. The... More
