Really nice clean hotel with good in room facilities. Managers hour was great! The shuttle is not very regular collecting at the airport we waited an hour for the shuttle. Shuttle back to the airport was much better!

Fortunately they a friendly staff at this property. This is a pretty tired property and needs some spiffing up. The breakfast is fine but the dinner is much less than acceptable. The Embassy Suite set-up is inviting, with a bedroom and sitting room and bath. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room so it works well well when you have a family or small group. Terrible location, below average atrium condition. Little here worth seeing. Had to stay for a conference but if it were not for that, there is nothing to stay for. Staff not nasty, just inattentive and uninterested. The place was clean but the atrium really needs a refresh.

Embassy Suites are always a predictably great place to stay. the quality for the price has not diminished over the past 20 years that I have stayed at these hotels. Keep up the focus on the core competencies and values that have made Embassy Suites a success.

This hotel is always my first choice...can not beat the price for the generous amenities they provide...I also agree the downside is their new policy of a $7.00 a day parking fee...This can be eliminated if enough voices speak...Kudos to Louis Arrantz and his team of restaurant employees for giving us a great breakfast to go for that early flight...
