We've stayed at this hotel before and always enjoyed the stay. We were there this past weekend and the room was large and spacious - king bed, microwave, fridge - and clean. I was suprised when we returned to the room to find the bed not made and the coffee pot not cleaned out, but it was no big deal.... More

The room and property was clean and well maintained. They just completed slurry coating the parking lot and re-stripping it. The location is close to the shops, museums, and national cemetery where Union and Confederate soldiers were buried. You can walk to several attractions and restaurants nearby. Just returned home a few hours ago from a 3 night stay at this hotel. I found it to be very comfortable. My king size room was large,the bathroom was a nice size. The room was very clean and well cared for. Centrally located,walk to everything. My only suggestion would be that they install a full length mirror.

The hotel is within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and tours of downtown Gettysburg. Hotel accommodations and continental breakfast are fine if you plan on spending most of your time around town and not in your room. We did have a great balcony overlooking the street which was perfect for a cool early summer evening.
