This hotel was a great place to relax after a long day of driving. The onsite bar was a welcome treat as there was no other place in town to get a cocktail past 10pm. There is a full restaurant, but we arrived after hours. Friendly people, from the desk clerk and bartender, to the housekeeping staff. Complimentary, cooked-to-order breakfast.... More

Previously stayed here when it was a part of the Best Western chain but apparently it changed hands around 18 months ago. Was disappointed that that little investment appeared to have been made on refurbishments - bathroom was very tired (chipped bath and stains), some wall sockets quite loose and an extremely slow internet service. That said, staff were friendly... More

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the restaurant had good food at an affordable price. The free breakfast was cook to order eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and potatoes. The guy at the front desk was extremely helpful. The wait staff was friendly and they all smiled and looked like they enjoyed their job (which is hard to find... More

This hotel needs some real maintenance. Toilets didn't work well and the hot tub is pool temperature. Maintenance said they couldnt do anything until the next day, but we are here for only one night! The room AC is very noisy. We stayed at a Best Western in Roswell that had the identical floor plan and because of proper maintenance,... More

This could be a great hotel. But it's not. It's full of huge long dimly-lit hallways, a gigantic open courtyard, and terrible HVAC, plumbing and wi-fi. It's spooky, how unoccupied and understaffed it is. My room is icy-cold, the fan for the heater is making weird noises and it took two flushes each time to get the toilet to function.... More

Everything everyone says is true. Wish we had read the reviews before checking in....... Internet is slow, the rooms are cold, the restaurant is creepy, bathroom is small, etc. There are many other hotels in the area. Stay some place else.

Booked the room through Hotels.com and found it to be a good value. The room was large and very clean. The Wi-Fi was useless for me, so gave up on trying to get anything to load. If you book through Hotels.com forget about getting a receipt from the hotel. Rooms are booked using hotels.com's credit card, so you will not... More

This hotel was a disappointment. Priceline listed it as a 2-star property, but personally I'd rate it as a 1-star dive. Our visit began with a panhandler outside the main hotel entrance ... a bad omen. On the outside and at the reception desk this hotel looks ok, but the place is run-down and poorly maintained. Our toilet makes a... More

We checked into the Red Lion on a cold December night and were assigned a room where the heat had been turned completely off, so we turned on the heat and headed out to dinner. When we returned an hour later the room temperature was only 60 degrees. After another hour it was still 60 degrees so we went to... More

Been visiting this hotel as best western and now Red Lion for 10 years. Stayed there last night and the breakfast was still terrible and the hallways cold...even the staff were wearing coats. TV had stations that did not match either the guide they supplied or the labels on screen. Room was cold. Toilets flushed with lots of effort. Basically... More
