The stay was excellent, and i would do it again one day. I do wish the hotel was closer to the beach. A hotel like that closer to the beach will have more groups of people willing to come for the experience.

Good hotel, clean, only seen the front desk staff and very little conversation with those two members. Room 638 has a great audio of the train outside around 4 AM every weekday. Clean and safe hotel, but the neighborhood has an appearance at night as abandoned.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was like an apartment. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful especially the female night auditor and morning clerk, with an accent. Wish I had there names. The bedrooms were far apart from each other which was very nice and lots of windows. Breakfast was good also.

Excellent service. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Free in room internet access is a plus. My only pet-peeve are the location and breakfast cut-off time. I would stay there again if in that area

This hotel has outstanding staff, excellent furnishings, and is impeccably clean. Its complimentary breakfast is good, and its complimentary WI-FI easy to access and fast. Covered, free parking is provided, as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here during our daughters wedding. The entire staff were extremely friendly, interested in our well being and maintained the facilities and rooms in excellent condition. Definitely recommend this location if you are in Jacksonville

While the property was OK and the staff was extremely friendly there are some drawbacks to this property: 1. We stayed at this location for 8 weeks while my husband received proton radiation treatments. This was an outstanding home away from home with an excellent location and great amenities. Outstanding Staff and management went above and beyond!
