Wonderful service -- friendly and very helpful at all times. Rooms are clean, everything works, and is convenient to everything!

My room was on the main floor and had a beautiful view if a lake or stream. It was large and everything worked (tv, remote, microwave, refrigerator). Stayed to be close to Mayo Clinic. We thought the hotel was nice, accommodations were good, room was comfortable and well-furnished and everything we needed was there... Suggestions would be to replace older mattresses and male air conditioners quieter.

We like our room on the 5th floor, nice and quiet away from all the hustle and bustle of the pianos playing on the lower floors. Beautiful view.
