Although the property is nice, and the front desk staff very pleasant, we were again disappointed with our stays here. The first nite, a housekeeper used her key to just open the door--did not knock or call out. The Microtel near the jax airport is convenient, good rates, and they do offer cruise transport as well, we have stayed here before our last two cruises.
