The front office staff was great to deal with, but the housekeeping staff needs a bit of improvement. A small bag of trash and an empty sugar packet stayed outside of my door for the entire four nightsof my stay without being picked up.

Yes you do have to climb the stairs to your room if on the second floor and all rooms are outside - meaning no inside hall but this was not a problem for us. This place is like renting a small apartment. It's newly remodeled, wonderful breakfast, clean and comfortable. The only thing better than the accomodations is the friendly staff. It's going to be the first place I check when I go back in the area.
