it was a pleasant stay at the Residents Inn in Jacksonville. This hotel is located in a quiet industrial/office park. Service is good -- except for the slow front desk clerks. Not up to par with the many other Residence Inn`s we`ve visited. Well over-due for a "major" face-lift to be compete in this highly competitive hotel market. I would not recommend this hotel to family, friends or tripadvisor travelers. More
