Holiday Inn Express has been my favorite for two years. The personnel was very helpful, rooms very clean, and the location was superb-right off the interstate. I will continue to book reservations with this chain-I'm never disappointed. Good Job Guys!!!!! More

I actually call this home because I work in the area. The staff & management are friendly & courteous. They keep the grounds & property very clean. I love the rooms with a kitchenette & full size refrigerator. I would recommend all who want to stay at a friendly place at reasonable prices. More

The hotel and room were clean; the environment was quiet and restful. The location is convenient to I-95, but not the city or beaches. I will likely be staying here again when I am in the area. More

We arrived late about 11pm and tired. Nothing particularly wrong with this hotel, just nothing particularly outstanding either. Staff was helpful, location was good. Property is starting to show some signs of age and will soon, if not already, need a refurbishing. Fairly clean, no real complaints, just starting to look a little shopworn. More

This hotel seemed very nice but we had some issues we didn't expect. The blankets across the foot of the beds had not been laundered recently...one had sticky stuff like grape jam on it, the other had a crusty white substance on it. There were spots on the carpet. We had been driving for 12 hours and decided to check into the Holiday Inn Express in Jacksonville, FL. It turned out to be a great choice. The rooms were both affordable and comfortable. Sheila and Edward were both amazingly wonderful with how they took care of us with the Hotel's shuttle service. They were both so very friendly and just amazing employees there. Speaking of which, every employ there seems to work so hard as they don't just handle one job but multiple ones. VERY hard working people. More
