Stayed at this hotel for a weekend event...we had a suite on the 20th floor...the suite was not the largest place I've ever stayed in but it was clean, well appointed and had a great view of the city. Hotel is ok but the open lobby and bar when coupled with people milling around make for a loud noisy area with nowhere public to sit and relax. I would therefore question the 4* status?
