I was awaken several times by cleaning crew and front desk staff entering my room before check out. Font desk was not able to provide extra towel and wash clothes. I am 100% dissatisfied with my stay and would like a refund!

I really enjoyed my stay and I will definately be returning in the summer when the pool opens. From the moment I walked into the room I was impressed with the bigness and how the room was decorated. The iron and hair dryer were awesome pluses. Thank you for an awesome hotel experience.
