Location was great, but any hotel in the Historic District would be a "good location". My reservation got messed up so I had to check out after my first night and then relocate to a room across the street at DoubleTree. It was very inconvenient. Valet is $15/day. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, adjustable mattress, beautiful views, heated pool, decent gym (free weights!), walking distance to waterfront, plenty of food option and bars. We moved from CT to NC in December and went to FL as well for Christmas. Drove the eastern seaboard and stayed at Hilton's along the way. The Hilton garden inn in savannah was very nice. Great location. Very nice room and overall a very nice experience. Price was good and the staff were all lovely. Would definitely go back. More

We stayed here and had a 6th floor room facing savannah harbor. The room was nice but not real spacious. The noise from the street was terrible all night. I actually thought it was storming and a couple times felt a vibration from it?!? Very nice at check in and valet parking. Close walk to city market. More
