Very good staff and the room was neatly set up. Bathrooms also really clean. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The check-in process was swift, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The room itself was spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean

I enjoy the atmosphere of the inn. I feel like it is very comfortable and welcoming. The room is very nice and I appreciate the proximity to the T and downtown. The customer service is great too, and I felt welcomed and assisted by Nick at the front desk.

We loved staying here !! They were extremely friendly and upgraded our room from a queen size bed with a back alley view to a king size bed with a view of Newbury St. The room was perfect and the bed was super comfy. It was a beautiful brownstone and the location was central to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back !!

Located in the St. Mary's neighborhood in Brookline, 1 trolley stop away from Kenmore Square and Fenway Park. Walkable to Longwood Medical Area and Boston University campus. Manager Julie is incredibly helpful.

The place is very old fashioned but well curated and cool. The whole place has a vintage american taste in design that is not easy to be found in other US cities. Overall, it’s a great quality/cost option not far from the city. The area is very safe and distinct

We stayed two nights at the 1750 Beacon Street location. We were on the third floor in the John Hancock room. Upon entering the room the temperature was very hot as the radiator had been on even though it was a warm day. The housekeeper had recently turned off the system and assisted powering on a small window air conditioner. The king size bed had a white comforter with three pillows stacked in the center; there was no headboard. A fourth pillow had no pillowcase and was stained. Although the bed was comfortable, the pillows were old and hard. There were no drinking cups in the room, and no bathmat in the bathroom. The two bath towels were very thin. The next morning the breakfast in the lobby consisted of small boxes of cereal and there were three bagels in the mini fridge. After contacting staff our room was supplied with two new rugs and a bathmat for the bathroom. The breakfast the second morning was an improvement consisting of muffins, bagels and croissants and some fruit and juice. The room was very overpriced the weekend we stayed there.

Urban Boston. Old buildings where the floors creak and elevators don't exist. Third floor room? You better be in decent stair-climbing condition! We were surprised how quiet it was even though the house was full. We only saw one other guest in the 3 days/2 nights we were there. The light cereal/fruit type breakfast was fine for us. We paid for the parking permit and it was well worth it. The beds were very comfortable and the TV was huge. The price was right and we look forward to enjoying their hospitality again!

A classy, colonial building with Boston’s history on display. This is beautiful 19th century home retrofitted with all the modern necessaries - the perfect clash between classic and contemporary. The staff are particularly attentive and welcoming. Wifi strong, quality TV with generous entertainment options. Larger fridge than most rooms. Good water pressure and bathroom exceptionally clean and well outfitted. Beds are of high quality and very comfortable. Our space was spotless, antique furniture shinning and fresh air flowing - a hard balance to strike in an antique home. Do yourself the favour. Especially if you are visiting Boston for the first time and looking for a place central to downtown - this is definitely your spot.
