This hotel is located downtown which is great for tourists and people new to Fairbanks, but it's a little far away from the larger stores and places to eat and shop. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The front desk receptionist was pleasant enough to me, but very rude to two children that were standing in the lobby waiting...

Great hotel, great room with plenty of space, central to everywhere. The breakfasts is OK but you cannot get metal cutlery only plastic, same in the room which is a big let down. The staff are helpful and happy.

Centrally located in 5 story building. Nicely decorated, clean and big rooms. Cheap in January @$89. Decent restaurant downstairs with Alaskan prices. If you are from NY or LA the prices are reasonable. -27 F outside but warm inside. Free lollypops and cookies!

The room is very large and comfortable. I did not rent a car and the downtown location of the hotel allowed me to walk around. The bus station is a few minutes away of one so desires to take the bus.
The ladies in the front desk were most helpful, giving me advice anything from weather to activities to partake.

I have stayed here a number of times on business travel to Fairbanks and it is far and away the best. Always clean, always professional and friendly and always a fair price. I like the location downtown and I have never been disappointed in my room.

We had to fly into Fairbanks -2 days before our Princess land trip started. Princess Lodge (in the middle of nowhere) was booked up and would not help us find a Hotel in a Town our travel agent and ourselves and really anyone we knew -had ever been to. Delta Air was working with our agent to rebook the tickets...
