We stayed for one night in July 2011 on our way to Yellowstone. As we had a baby with us, we booked the "suite" which has a kitchenette. The suite is large--about the size of a small apt. Our main complaint was that it was filthy. The bath had no soap, only one set of ancient towels (like rags!), there... More

We stayed in Deer Lodge after visiting the prison and car museum in town (both of which were very good). The room was clean and adequate. Breakfast was provided.. some fruit, toast, waffles, cereal. After our accommodation in Canada, the price seemed to be quite reasonable. Overall the motel would best be described as good but not very good. More

The rate was way too high for our room. It was clean enough, but the walls were thin and the beds weren't that comfortable. The continental breakfast was pretty decent. I wouldn't mind staying there again, but not at that rate. More

Reservations were for a king bed . We received 2 queen beds. Front desk explained there staffperson who made the reservations was in correct, and they had no kings avaliable. Less than 5 min's later they had found a king. They must have pulled it out of their hat !!! The hotel staffperson who called with this miraculious discovery asked... More

My new bride and I were on the last leg of our cross-country drive, and after having to drive a few extra miles beyond Butte (the Special Olympics were in town, and hotels were booked solid), we decided to try our luck in Deer Lodge. We were looking for the Super 8, as our AAA book had not yet been... More

We stayed at this hotel on our way through Deer Lodge. It was formerly a Super 8 and recently was taken over by Rodeway Inn (part of Choice Hotels). We payed $71 total with AAA. We were pleasantly surprised when we cheked in at the size of the room. It had a kitchen with table, couch and tv in one... More

I was driving from Idaho to Yellowstone and needed a hotel room before Butte. This hotel, which is now a Rodeway Inn, was the only decent place in town. Good location- right off the highway, across the street from McDonalds, next to a gas station. The mountains are beautiful. We arrived right around sunset and it was so pretty. We... More

We stayed in the Super 8 August of 2003. It's clean and our room was quiet. It's close to the interstate and there is a 4-B's restaurant next door so we didn't even look at the continental breakfast. We will be staying there again this year. More
