Stayed at this hotel after touring through the Wuxi area on a Canadian-sponsored Jacco tour. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is spacious, nice, with great breakfast buffet, my room was however awfully distant from elevators. Rooms are nice, clean and new. Does not reach Sheraton level, but prices are more friendly. I guess best hotel in the city.

I have just spent a week at this Hotel. Service, food and rooms were new and convenient. The one major aspect that H.J continue to overlook is their total lack of a realistic "non smoking policy" People smoked in the foyer, elevators, reataurants and bars which was disapointing as it spoiled a terrific stay.
