We stayed there only for one night. We choosed a simple room but still it was good, spacious and clean. The even have mosquito nets on the windows. No hot water but it's not necessary. And the place hsve the courtyard which is nice. And also there is 100 m to the ferry

This is great value! The small hotel is a few minutes walk to the ferry, bus station, great restaurants (try Thaff -ask owner where it is). The beach is quite a hike - about 3-4 k's. We had already booked an advance room in Palmy regency. We were given a big room with an extra bed and small TV (for Rs 600/-). Everything is nice about this homestay except powercut and mosquitoes. Palmy location in and around Allepey. Regency is near the center, Residency a little further away, and resort is outside of town.
