“Waste of money”

The hotel is located on the top of a hill.The approach road is horrible. The dining room looks like a shabby restaurant by the road. Food is average. Breakfast options are few. Rooms are ok nothing great. Not worth the money spent. Electrical points weren't working. Sad state.This resort can be avoided.

I spend my Holiday at Upper Deck with my family, I had very good experience in such beautiful location, friend staff, variety in food and good service makes my holidays memorable one..will definitely come back. Thanks to Ishan, Ajay and Arundhati at Reception for making good arrangement for my stay..!

The view is absolutely awesome, but service needs a big huge push.We had to remind the staff at the restaurant for each and every thing,forks,spoons etc etc.The list could go on,they could not differentiate between chicken and fish.Practically all the restaurant staff looked new and were not aware of several things. i stay at upper deck resort for 2 nights realy this resort location and view also very very nice.and staff is very helpful. and we going to natural walk realy i see whole lonavala view realy when you go take appointment for NATURE WALK realy good .food was great and pramot service.
