I stayed in this hotel for 1 night and left it because of very poor condition of room i stayed in, bad smell, bad bed sheet and ac was not working properly too plus no one picks up the phone when i went to reception other people were already shouting at receptionist ...

i stayed for 2 days. Rooms are spacious , room service is up to the mark and food was damn tasty. My overall rating to this hotel is "EXCELLENT"

Hotel Surya Plaza is nicely located in Kota city. I started in two other hotels in town, but this one is the best value for money. Newly build with all the modern day amenities. One thing which require improvement is the room service, you may have to ring them twice for something.....
