We stayed here for two nights and room upstair was comfortable, clean and looks like in new house. There was no smell in the room, bed sheets and towels were clean and fresh. We took the room with AC. Swiming pool worked from 8am-8:30pm. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would defenetly recomend this place.

This place was just great. Nice spacy rooms with AC or fan,very clean(cleaning every day + new tovels).Nice bathroom.Villa is aside of busy street so you will have nice,quite and pleasant stay there if you look for such place.

I had been looking some accommodations, at least I found this. Standard price for weekend in Lovina. Clean room, big room and ricefield view. I think I have found the good place in Lovina beach.
This is a small hotel tucked just off the beach. The staff are attentive and friendly, and will help you organize any trips on sea or land. The swimming pool area is lovely and the rooms spacious and clean.
Cannot say anything but positives about Villa Jaya. A very small hotel (~7 rooms) with a beautiful pool and small restaurant that served excellent (!) food.
