Very nice and CLEAN....the owners are nice and happy to have you. Rather than let it deteriorate like most motels in this price range, the owners constantly update and improve their hotel. You won't find a cleaner one. The only con is no swimming pool / hot tub, no place for it.

Stayed here over Thanksgiving for 6 days. Despite going through some major remodeling, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with very little inconvenience. Even the workers doing the remodeling were very friendly. The breakfast was very good with a choice of hot biscuits and gravy, waffles, pancakes, bagels, toast, muffins, cereal, and drinks. My wife and I stayed recently at the Victorian Inn and enjoyed it very much. The greeting and continued front desk service was excellent--friendly and knowledgeable. The building was well maintained and clean. It was a great value.

Very friendly and helpful front desk, clean rooms and well maintained hotel. Breakfast was good with a waffle griddle and excellent coffee. Good value if you're staying in Beatrice. Make sure to check out the Homestead Museum/National Park about 4 miles away - site of the first homestead claim in the 1800s.

I would give the Victorian Inn a FAIR rating (somewhere between poor and average). For the price, it was OK. The breakfast was definitely better than other motels as I traveled from PA.
