The beds were nice and clean, but under the bath mat in the tub was something red and disgusting and very dirty under the bath mat in the bath tub. Housekeeping needs to do better cleaning in the bathrooms. Overall , the rooms very clean except for the bath tub. The parking wasn't very good, limited parking. more

The hotel was right in the middle of bath house row easy to walking distance. They even had bikes that we could ride if we chose to. The food from the restaurant was great. I will be staying there every time i go to hot springs. Thanks once again for the best that hot springs has to offer. more
