My experience was exceptional. The responsiveness and support of the staff was great. Our room was clean and the bed (and pillows) were to die for! And, the location is very advantageous. The hotel was convenient to shopping, entertaining and dining! I would definitely stay there again when I vacation in the vicinity. I would give them five stars.

Hot Springs is my and my husband's home town. We have been visiting family and friends there for years and have tried various hotels - old and new. OUT of all the hotels in Hot Springs, AR this is by far the best bang for the buck.

Lobby was recently remodeled & very beautiful. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Location was great, close to shopping & eating places. Dining area was very modern & loved the island for eating breakfast. Nice view out our window of the mountains. Had a great stay!

We had not planned where to stay on Friday night, but found this Inn about 20 miles from I-30. We called late, about 10 pm. The booking was done in a very helpful and friendly manner. I was extremely pleased with my stay for a business trip to Hot Springs. I found the location from the website and was pleased that the facility lived up to its image. The hotel was a little pricer than I wanted to pay but the accomodations were clean.

The hotel was very clean inside and outside. Felt safe and secure. The breakfast bar had very good food but limited selection. The hotel is very close to several eating establishments and the Hot Springs Mall. Also located just up the road from the lake.

Stayed at Hot Springs Hampton Inn years ago on our annual visit to Hot Springs, but had ventured to newer hotels in the recent past. We stayed here for two-nights on our first-ever visit to Arkansas. This is typical of the Hampton Inn brand, with large, quiet rooms and comfy beds. We visit Oaklawn race track every spring and always stay at this Hampton. We love the recently renovated rooms and breakfast area. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and efficient. We highly recommend the hotel.
