We stayed at the AmericInn again, as we had a graduation ceremony to attend. The staff were friendly as usual. The rooms were quiet and we noticed that have done a lot of renovation work since our last visit. The breakfast was also very extensive. We will be staying here again next time we visit Madison. This is a serviceable hotel. Generally clean, comfortable, but dated rooms. There is a pool and workout center, both in good shape. The price makes it a good deal if you just need a room without a lot of frills. Fine for a business trip. Managers reception (basically a keg) can go pretty late in the lobby. More

Very nice hotel. Exceeded our expectations in almost every area. This hotel was very clean and their service was above and beyond. They serve very nice appetizers from 5-7 pm and their breakfast was nice as well. They even use real plates and silverware. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was a very good value. More
