The hotel is located in the best area of Madison. It is near the incredible Monona Terrace and the Capitol. There are many good restaurants and drugstores surrounding the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and people from the staff are nice and friendly.

This hotel has a great location, and yes its is an old hotel but it is clean. The rooms are small, and the bathrooms are small. Straight across the street from the capital, walking distance to the convention center, and plenty to do-see-eat nearby. The food at our meeting was good. The room was very nice and clean. The only downfall was the lack of counter space in the bathroom. Overall a great stay!

I will definately stay there if I should return to Madison. Very clean with great staff, the meals were good and a very close to the convention center. Appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport

Spent 2 nights at the Best Western Inn on the Park Plus on the Capitol Square in Madison. Room was excellent, quiet, very very clean; staff very friendly. If you ever need to plan an event there, you will not be disappointed. Carlene Knuth did a fantastic job with our group and I can't say enough about the facility.

clean, comfortable rooms. Sheets are high quality. Conference space is nice, especially the gathering area by the pool. Front desk staff was quite pleasant, and conference meals were nicely presented, and tasty.
