I was in town for for work and thought the customer service at this hotel was excellent. We alo had meetings in the hotel, which gave us a pretty quiet and accommodating space. The people were very friendly no matter where I walked throughout the hotel. I enjoyed my stay!

Our first corner room, was noisy, the black out curtains did not close, and the bathroom needed refurbishing. Great location. Located in the business district and was an easy five minute walk to Bourbon Street and the rest of the French Quarter. Front desk was professional and attentive. Though not in the French Quarter (3 blocks away), this IC is a good pick. Very nice rooms, good service and a great lounge. Be sure to check the bill very good as you might discover some "surprises". The hotel charges 5 USD for each package or envelope you receive.
