The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends when they travel to New Orleans to stay downtown in the French Quarter Wyndham.It was the perfect location the heart of the city.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodations were good. I wasn't sure what to expect since there weren't many photos offered on the website so it exceeded my expectations.

Front desk staff was excellent. Unfortunately when we arrived we were given a room on the 10th floor and when you come off the elevator you are greeted with the over powering smell of chlorine. Then when we arrived in our room (the carpet in the halls is very dated and looks dirty) our sheets on both beds were dirty.... More

Thank you for your feedback regading your most recent stay. Our hotel does indeed have a great location in the French Quarter. Along with our transiton to Wyndham, we have plans to renovate the entire hotel including the carpets and pool area.
