Having caught the French quarter shuttle service from the airport, I found myself disappointed by the hotels we called at on the way to the four points at Sheraton. “OK for a business trip but would be great for a Bourbon Street fan”

“Customer service is a joke”

Check-in process was a nightmare. Staff has attitude like this dump is a 5 star boutique hotel & they all graduated from Harvard. We stayed at the Sheraton on our return to New Orleans after a 9 day river trio up the Mississippi. Very fun being on Bourbon street. Noise quieted down around 10 PM. Rooms were nicely appointed and beds were extremely comfortable. Staff very friendly, and helpful
