We stayed at this hotel for a couple nights during the Sugar Bowl. The hotel is within walking distance of Bourbon, the Superdome and Jackson Square. However, it is a considerable walk. I stayed at this hotel with the wife in late December 2011. Emeril's restaurant is around the corner and that was a definite plus. There are numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance.
