We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights in April 2012, 2 adults + 2 kids (6 and 10 yrs old).
Our friends had a similar one on the floor above, so I've seen two apartments; they are pretty much the same.
The good:
-the apartments are large, newly built, well furnished, clean. Luxury... well, I would not call...
